Here's what's involved

BEGINNING OF SEASON:

Have Fun!

Attend pre-season Coaching Clinic

• Brush up on/gain new coaching skills
• Learn the league rules
• Brush up on practice plans - learn player development strategies

Attend season opening general Coaches' meeting

• Review gym and facility requirements and protocols
• Ask questions
• Learn how to use our sport mangement app Sportsengine

Have Fun!

DURING SEASON:

Be on time

Plan practices

Provide positive encouragement, including:

• Constructive feedback for players at all skill levels
• Co-ordinate notices of schedule changes with Assistant Coach or Manager
• Pass along information from the league as communicated by Convenor through Sportsengine
