On November 18, 2007, Luke Santi passed away after a valiant and courageous fight against Cancer.  This tournament is in memory of Luke.

5th Annual LUKE SANTI MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT 
 Ontario Basketball Association Sanctioned Tournament - 2012

When:  March 30 & 31, 2012

Divisions:  U15 Midget A/AA, U15 Midget AA/AAA, Major Midget AA/AAA, Juvenile AA, Junior AA, Junior AAA

Each tournament will be an elimination draw format with Consolation round.

All teams are guaranteed 3 games. Each team will play 1 game Friday night and 2 games on Saturday.

Medal games will take place on Saturday evening.

Awards will be given to the top 4 teams in each tournament.

Tournament entry fee is $500 per team, cheque payable to “K-W YBA Vipers”.    21 % (Luke’s Viper #) of the profits from each tournament will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society in Luke Santi’s memory.

Games will be officiated by certified referees from the K-W Basketball Officials Association. 

All 5 tournaments will be played under Basketball Ontario’s Fair Play Policy.

Shot clocks will be in effect for the tournaments.
