Registration is open until September 15, 2010 at a cost of $175, or until a division is full. If a division is still open after September 15, 2009, the cost increases to $200 until the division is full. Simply complete a registration form, sign it, attach a cheque and mail it in before September 15, 2009 to:

The undersigned is a parent or guardian of the registrant and acknowledges and agrees by signing the form that:
K-W YBA, its volunteers and employees, are not liable or reponsible for any injury or physical harm, however caused, to the player/registrant or to any family member or other person who may attend or be part of the K-W YBA function.
K-W YBA carries no health, dental or any other insurance coverage for injury or accident.
Signing of this waiver also allows for the use of participants photos to be used on the K-W YBA website or YBA promotional material.
Signing of this waiver authorizes K-W YBA to communicate through the use of the email provided.
Cost: Before September 15th, registration is $175 for the K-W YBA House League Program.
Cost: After September 15th, registration fee increases to $200 until the division is full.
House League:
- season runs October to approximately March
- evaluations start in October
- 1 practice and 1 game per week
- mid-season tournament

All players must complete and return a registration form with a signed waiver and registration fee of $175 before September 15. After September 15, all registrations are taken on a first come, first received basis, with an increased registration fee of $200.

K-W YBA Vipers Travelling Rep Team:
Cost: Elementary School age - approximately $425 (does not include gym rental fees).
Runs: mid October to mid March
Cost: High School age - approximately $325
Runs: mid March to mid May
- 2 to 3 practices per week

All Players must complete and return a registration form with a signed waiver to participate in the tryouts. Players have the opportunity for two tryouts. YOU MUST REGISTER TO TRYOUT!
